Initial Consult & Movement Assessment

It’s important for me to understand your history with exercise, goals, and current lifestyle before hand so I know how to support you best as we move forward.

We’ll do a (virtual) movement assessment to assess mobility, body awareness, and stability.

My goal is to meet you where you are now and help you progress safely & effectively.

Access to truecoach & ongoing support

All of your workouts will be tracked on the TrueCoach app.

You’ll see completed & future workouts and be able to track progress over time.

All workouts come with videos and instructions for each exercise & you can upload your own videos and notes for me to review.

What are Virtual training sessions like?

I am here to teach and encourage you, meeting you exactly where you are in each session.

The skills and knowledge you gain in our time together stick with you for the rest of your life!

You will learn how to move well, get connected to your body, build strength & stamina, and feel the benefits of your training in your life outside the gym.

You can expect to leave our sessions feeling energized, PROUD, & motivated to keep going.
